How to synchronize Calendar information between Palm Desktop and Google
With DesktopMirror for Google and Palm Desktop, you may synchronize Calendar information between Palm Desktop
and Google with only a few simple clicks.
After the DesktopMirror is started, you may click the tab to switch to "Calendar" sheet, and you will see that all Calendar information from
Palm Desktop and Google are loaded and displayed as shown below:

As you can see that Palm Desktop Calendar are loaded in the left table and Google Calendar are loaded in the right side.
You may click the Calendar to switch to differents dates.
It is very simple to perform the Contacts synchronization. Please simply choose the synchronization mode, which you have three options:
- Palm Desktop to Google: Transfer the selected Calendar event records from Palm Desktop to Google.
- Google to Palm Desktop: Transfer the selected Calendar event records from Google to Palm Desktop.
- Two-way Synchronization: Synchronize Calendar event records in two way.
After you choose the synchronization mode, you may simply click the "Start" button to start the synchronization.
On the left of the "Calendar" sheet, you may also find several buttons to let you perform the synchronization more quickly. Such as "Synchronize Today", "Synchronize This Week", etc.
The synchronization takes three steps:
- Step 1: Select Synchronzation Date Range

In this step, you may choose the date range of Calendar event records to be synchronized. For example, Today, This Week, This Month, etc. The
date range is fully customizable.
- Step 2: Select the records to be Synchronized

Based on the synchronization date range and the synchronization mode, in this step, you may see all Calendar event information which are
synchronzable and meet the criteria. You may choose the records and press the "Next" button to go to the next step.
- Step 3: Synchronize the Calendar Information

In this step, the selected records in step 2 will be synchronized. And the brief information of the synchronized records will be logged.
