DesktopMirror for Outlook and Lotus Notes Online Help

DesktopMirror for Outlook and Lotus Notes synchronizes Contacts and Calendar information between Lotus Notes and Microsoft Outlook.

After DesktopMirror started successfully, there are two sheets listed in the main window, one contains the Lotus Notes Contacts and Outlook Contacts information, the other contains Lotus Notes Calendar and Outlook Calendar.

The Lotus Notes content is listed on the right side and Outlook Contacts and Calendar information is listed on the left side.

On the top of the sheet, you may press the buttons to perform some basic tasks:

Choose synchronization mode:

DesktopMirror provides three synchronization modes: Lotus Notes to Outlook, Outlook to Lotus Notes and two-way synchronization. You may choose the synchronization mode by clicking the radio buttons on the top of the sheets.

Perform the Synchronizaiton.

After you configured the synchronization settings, you may simple click the "Start" button to perform the synchronization right now.

DesktopMirror is an on demand synchronization software, which means that it only synchronizes the information you selected. So it gives you more control on the synchronization.

To help you choose appropriate information to sync, DesktopMirror has several buttons to select information easily: You may click the corresponding button to select all information, select all difference information or clear you selections.
