DesktopMirror for Outlook and Palm Desktop Online Help
DesktopMirror for Outlook and Palm Desktop synchronizes Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and Notes information between Outlook and
Palm Desktop.
After DesktopMirror started successfully, there are four sheets listed in the main window, each of them contains one type of
Outlook and Palm Desktop information: Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and Notes.
In each sheet, the Palm Desktop content is listed on the left side and Outlook information is listed on the right.
On the top of the sheet, you may press the buttons to perform some basic tasks:
DesktopMirror is an on demand synchronization software. In one way synchronization, that is, Palm Desktop to Outlook or Outlook to Palm,
it only synchronizes the information you selected. So it
gives you more control on the synchronization.
If you choose to "Synchronize All", DesktopMirror will synchronize all Palm Desktop and Outlook information no matter whether they were
selected or not.
To help you choose appropriate information to sync, DesktopMirror has several buttons to select information easily: You may click
the corresponding button to select all information, select all difference information or clear you selections.
