Duplicates Cleaner Toolkit Tutorial

The Duplicates Cleaner Toolkit software is used to delete the duplicate Outlook, Outlook Express and Palm Desktop data. It provides a wizard like user interface which you may check and delete duplicate information step by step. It is so easy to use that you can delete all Outlook, Palm Desktop or Outlook Express duplicate items with only three mouse clicks!



Step 1 : You may choose which types of Outlook duplicate information to delete. Outlook Duplicates Cleaner supports the four basic Outlook personal information management program: Contacts, Calendar, Task and Notes.



Step 2 : You may select the duplicate items to delete them. You may also adjust the duplicate criteria in this step. To customize the duplicate criteria, just click the "Options" button.

Contacts duplicate criteria:

First Name, Last Name, Email, Business Phone, Home Phone, Business Address, Home Address, Notes, etc.

Calendar duplicate criteria:

Description, Start Time, End Time, All Day Event, Notes, etc.

Task duplicate criteria:

Description, Priority, Due Date, Notes, etc.

Notes duplicate criteria:

Note content.

Step 3 : When you get to this step, the duplicates deletion should be running. The detail deletion log is recorded and you may view the log after the deletion is finished.
