How to use CalendarMirror?
CalendarMirror for Outlook is very simple to use.
The appointment data in the Palm Desktop are listed in the left table and the Outlook Calendar are listed at the right side.
You can simply click the buttons to do the synchronization. There are five modes to do the sync:
Palm Desktop overwrites Outlook
Outlook overwrites Palm Desktop
Synchronize today
Synchronize a special day
Synchronize with more options
After pressing the appropriate button, CalendarMirror popups the synchronization wizard to help user to
synchronize step by step: ( Please note, you may not see all the steps when you choose different sync mode )
During this step, you can choose the synchronization mode. If you have clicked the buttons other than "Synchronize...",
this step is skipped and you won't see this form.
During this step, you can specify the range of date that you want to synchronize. The default date range is today.
If you have clicked the "Synchronize Today"ĦĦor "Synchoronize a special day", you won't see this form because
it is skipped.
During this step, the records to be synchronized based on your settings will be listed in the view, you can
choose them from the list. Default action is synchronizing all.
During the synchronization process, this form will be shown.
Here lists the synchronized records.
If you want to select different Palm users for the synchronization, please choose the specified user from the combo box
on the application main window.
CalendarMirror Scope
CalendarMirror for Outlook only supports appointment synchronization between
Palm Desktop and Microsoft Outlook. The contacts, notes, task applications are not included. If you need to synchronize
contact data, please check out our
ContactMirror application.
And it doesn't support Tungsten E/T3 Palm Desktop 4.1.2.
