ContactMirror for Outlook is very simple to use.
The contacts data in the Palm Desktop are listed in the left table and the Outlook Contacts are listed at the right side.
You can simply select the specified records by checking the check-box at the beginning of each row. Then click the
transfer or synchronization button to do the sync. ( If you want to synchronize all, you don't need to check the check-boxes.)
Three kinds of synchronizations are provided:
Palm Desktop overwrite Outlook.
Outlook Overwrite Palm Desktop.
Synchronize All.
Three buttons are provided to do these synchronizations.
For each contact record, there is a check-box to indicate whether this record is selected. This indicator only takes
effects when choosing "Palm Desktop overwrite Outlook" or "Outlook overwrite Palm Desktop" process. The "Synchronize All"
process won't care this indicator and will synchronize all the records.
If you want to select different Palm users for the synchronization, please choose the specified user from the combo box
at the bottom of the application main window. The "Select All" and "Clear" buttons are used to select records more conveniently.
