How to Use Outlook Duplicates Cleaner > Delete Duplicate Outlook Notes
To delete duplicate Outlook Notes, please make sure that you selected to "Notes" checkbox at the first step of running Outlook Duplicates
Cleaner.
Then in the second step, please switch to the "Notes" sheet, duplicate Outlook Note items will be listed in the table.
There are four buttons under the table, you may click them to:
- Customize duplicate checking criteria.
- Reload the Notes information.
- Select or unselect the duplicate items to be deleted in the next step.
A dialog box will pop up if you click the "Options" button, you may customize the duplicate checking options here:
Outlook Duplicates Cleaner also lets you delete non-duplicate Notes. If you have Notes that you don't need any more, you may simple select the
"Display All Note Data" checkbox, all Note items will be listed and you may select any of them to delete in the next step.
