Microsoft Outlook, formerly Microsoft Office Outlook, is a personal information manager from Microsoft, available both as a separate application as well as a part of the Microsoft Office suite.
ACT! by Sage is a customer relationship management (CRM) software application which is used to keep track of client and prospect details in a single database that can be shared by multiple users.
